NRC is currently working with clients on Phase 1 issues. Emphasis is on having clients be able to implement the record keeping and management reporting system with their own personnel with an approach that keeps costs down, involves the operating team and improves the prospects for continued use of the energy management program. NRC plans to continue to assist seafood processors operating in Alaska to move through this three phase process beginning with the service to clients of the "energy audit" report package and training.
