Mr. Steven E. Hughes :: President
Mr. Hughes is president and general manager of NRC, and has developed one of the country’s most extensive expert witness practices for commercial fishing liability and loss of income cases. Having extensive experience at sea, Mr. Hughes also specializes in vessel operations and related areas and is technical advisor to three major commercial fishing associations whose members operate in Alaska and off the Pacific West Coast. Prior to joining NRC in 1981, Mr. Hughes was a resource assessment and fishery development specialist with the National Marine Fisheries Service.
